Exhausted

I’m pretty exhausted this whole week. Due to my sudden realization that i’m actually not a pretty/hot young thing anymore and needed extra effort (exercise) to keep myself off excess weight, i’ve been working out obsessively with hula hoops and breeze walking every day. What is it with age and metabolism? It’s a farking conspiracy i tell you.

Shopping isn’t therapeutic anymore when you can’t fit in 90% of the clothes you tried on. It’s becoming depressing. Is it me or is the women in Malaysia shrinking in size? I barely spotted anyone not looking like Taiwanese dolls.

After a truckload of clothes i tried on. Only this fit.

Regret didn’t get the skirt… i swear i look slimmer than this

Well, i’m feeling slimmer and my skin is clearer already (i think i’m hallucinating, i need oxygen). I hope i can keep up with this new healthy lifestyle.

But no fear. I’m still keen on the boutique-for-larger-size-women-with-mural-that-makes-fun-of-skinny-bitches idea.

Hostmonster is doing an upgrade… without informing users. It’s so annoying. Mr. Bf woke me up yesterday morning and freaked me out. My travel and food blog is inaccessible. Even today it’s still not up yet.

And here i was thinking of getting a new domain for this personal blog. I was gonna use park it under Hostmonster. Thinking twice.

Tourist at The Gardens

Malls are sprouting like mushrooms around town recently! First Pavilion, then The Gardens, later Sunway Pyramid’s extension. Bringing in more exclusive branded merchandises to drive shopaholics nuts! Malaysians are getting richer… or should i say poorer by the minute with all these shops around.

Here’s some pics of The Gardens i managed to take while i pretended to be a tourist to avoid stares. Just a few of my favs coz everyone else had already posted pics of each nook and corner of the mall. *look out for the last few ones

Couches in the middle of the corridor for my aching feet

pasage
Notice that the are projectors embeded in the brown wall above.

The Gardens is only 80%-90% occupied. Some shops like Italianis have not start operation yet. Some ‘bridges’ (i don’t know what to call it) have yet to be finished.

notdonepassage
Bridge yet to be completed.

There are a whole lot of brands available. I didn’t take pics of every exclusive brand there coz i’m not the friggin’ directory. So if you want, go there and have a look at their interactive touch screen directory.

Ooohhh…. Guess

I came to the corner of the mall and couldn’t believe that everyone else missed to post these nice shots.

Behold! The magnificent purple…errr… hole?? it looks nicer live

I actually prefer The Gardens to Pavilion coz it has a more comfortable and traditional feel while Pavilion is more chic and posh. The Gardens features design that adopts wood and bamboo as part of the interior. I adore the escalators.

Kukuxumusu made my day!

Guess what i found at The Gardens’ Isetan?? Kukumalu’s cousin, Kukuxumusu! *wakaka
