This is a little bit outdated but still worth a mention. I don’t know what’s wrong with me but recently i have no mood for movies. Hence, we missed out in quite alot of good ones. We even missed Dark Knight. Yeah, we didn’t watch Dark Knight for god sake. Wtf. I’m so outdated, my deceased grandma is more ‘in’ than me. -_-”.
So, it’s a miracle that we actually went for Wall-E and 21.
First Wall-e.

I loved it. Mr. Bf loved it. Everyone loved it. I actually did NOT spaced out during the full 98 minute of Wall-E which is another miracle altogether. *Hohoho! So many miracles, Christmas must be near!
Another applaud for Pixar. I worship Pixar like i worship Vitagen. Pixar could do no wrong. Another heart-warming story from Pixar although i had an inkling that i had seen similar robot (as Wall-e) somewhere but i couldn’t really remember where or in what movie. I only remember the title “Short Circuit”. Googled for it this morning and found this.

I was right. I had seen it somewhere before. Back then Johnny 5 was the breaking technology or so i thought.
Nevertheless, Wall-E is way better and way more adorable and at least the story line is still original. It amazes me how human they made Wall-E to be. Actually even more human than us humans. Before, i love pets more than human. Now i can add bots into the list. I love pets AND bots more than human.
Next to Wall-E, M.O screaming “Foreign Contaminant!” is like so blardy adorable.
Mr. Bf. though loved it for all the wrong reason. Being the king of geek-dom, he was raving about the Mac tune/sound that came on each time Wall-E re-boot. I mean like wtf…

I am surprised though on the next to zero publicity for this movie. It’s a Kevin Spacey movie AND it’s based on true story of the MIT Blackjack Team, so i expected a little more advertisements and publicity at least on the tele.
The MIT Blackjack Team was a group of students and ex-students from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard Business School, Harvard University, and other leading colleges who utilized card-counting techniques and more sophisticated strategies to beat casinos at blackjack worldwide. The team and its successors operated from 1979 through the beginning of the 21st century.

Not to mention Kate Bosworth is totally hot in the movie and Jim Sturgess is kinda cute in a weird Oasis band member kinda way. Did i mention he’s from the UK and was in a band (Dilated Spies) as well?
And hey did you hear about Megan Fox’s new movie? It’s called Jennifer’s Body. A low grade horror and dark comedy movie about a cheerleader possessed by a demon who begins feeding off boys in the farming town. How the hell does comedy and horror ever blend? Go figure. But that’s not the point. The point is the soon to be famous Megan Fox nude scenes in the movie. Heard there’ll be some lesbian scenes with Megan Fox topless too.
