Poor Dear

My Kobe is seriously sick this time. She’s in the worst condition that i’ve ever seen her .

The ever so mischievous and active Kobe is so energy-less that she’s lying on the floor with a sad face. It’s really hard for me to see her suffer like this; breaks my heart every time i see her straining just to stand up.

She vomited for 2 days and suffer from constipation for quite sometime before we brought her to the vet yesterday. She was prescribed some pills for the stomach and mild laxative.

Since i’ve fed her medicine last night her condition got worst. Her hind leg is shaky so it’s hard for her to get up. She doesn’t move the whole day. But she have not poo yet even after 3 rounds of laxatives.

Right now i’m just keeping her hydrated; making her drink lots of water and letting her rest. But at least she still have an appetite.

It’s scary how attached i have become to my dogs especially Kobe. Sometimes i would imagine Kobe lost and wandering out there or died (Touch wood x 100000000!) and my eyes will swell with tears.

I really miss her naughty old self. I hope she gets well soon.

Scholl Cracked Heel Repair Cream

Due to wearing heels and flip flops most of the times, my feet became rather dry the heels cracked. Even worst, it’s stained and in a bad state that it has became embarrassing although the boyfriend doesn’t seemed to notice.

There are a few brand of foot cream available at the pharmacy; i wasn’t sure which to choose. I don’t want to get something pricey that don’t work. In the end, i grabbed the Scholl Cracked Heel Repair Cream from the shelf. Mom always likes this brand of foot care and shoes so i decided to trust her.

I used it twice a day for a week and i saw a great improvement. My feet felt softer and the cracks on the side of my heels started healing and became less obvious. It really works and in such a short time too!

The cons are the cream is rather greasy and it doesn’t absorb well.

To avoid getting the cream all over the place (bedsheets, carpet, etc), just apply a very thin layer on the feet and massage until it absorbs and dry. At night, you might want to wear socks after applying the cream to avoid staining the sheets and for better absorption.

Besides that, it’s a good cream for cracked heels.

List It All Down

Sometime not long ago (2 weeks ago) i had a depressive episode, a breakdown, a first serious relapse of depression after 3 years almost rid of it.

It was a painful experience, it just hit me out of nowhere… ok, that’s not true. The truth is i knew i was going to have a breakdown few weeks before i actually did. The whole week i was sad for no reason, mood swings like a roller coaster, crying in the middle of the night and being ever so stubborn with everything i do. It sucks that my stress level is remarkably low compared to everyone else.

It was just a matter of time that everything comes crashing down. It came crashing down alright… i was feeling so low i felt like digging a whole and burying myself in it. I hated myself and everything in the world. It felt like my world was going to end. I felt like ending it all.

I did what was the only thing i knew to do. I dragged my pillow into the living room in the middle of the night, curled up on the couch and bawled my eyes out while the boyfriend was sleeping soundly in the bedroom. I don’t know how long i cried but by the time i really stopped; eyes swollen, catching my breath with no more tears left it was dawn.

Then i took the cardboard and pen lying on the coffee table and i wrote. I drew 2 columns to list down my positive and negative attributes. Here’s what i wrote.

I read or heard somewhere that to list out your attributes is a step to rehabilitation. For every negative treats i have, i’m supposed to come up with positive ones.

Bullshit.

The thing is there are more negative ones than the positives and when i’m in this terrible state of mind the negative list gets really long. That is why i fall into depression in the first place ain’t it?? Because i’m so disgusted with myself at that moment in time.

Needless to say, that piece of cardboard is now like our public phone booth; completely vandalized – full with angry holes and pen mark scratches, unrecognizable.

Body Shop Aloe Lip Treatment

This is another lip treatment that i bought to cure my dry chapping lips, Body Shop Aloe Lip Treatment. It retails at RM32.00 for a tube of 15ml.

The lip balm contains aloe vera gel that soothes and hydrates the lips. It uses the most pure and natural aloe vera which is planted without the use of pesticides. This is good news for those with sensitive lips. It also contains both sesame oil and shea butter which moisturize and soften the skin.

But alas, it didn’t work for me.

First, i didn’t like the smell and taste of the lip balm. It doesn’t smells remotely like aloe; it was just weird. I also find the lip balm extremely thick and sticky. Even when i apply a thin layer on my lips, sometimes my hair will stick to my lips. Yet, the lip balm needs to be re-applied very constantly.

My lips didn’t show any sign of improvement at all after i start using this lip balm. Worst of all, the longer i continued with the treatment the drier and chapped my lips become.

The only positive thing is that it has a slanted tip so it’s easy to apply to the lips.

Men’s Accessories

Boyfriend’s birthday is just around the corner. But i am far from happy. Why? Because every time his birthday is near i’ll have a panic attack. I wish getting presents for men is as easy as it is for women; anything that looks pretty will do.

But no fret, I think i know just the thing to get for him this year. Thanks to sbuckinghams.com, i can choose from the variety of quality men’s accessories that they offer on the website and with so many choices of design and color too. They have some good looking Silk Ties, handkerchiefs and Leather Belts which the design i rather like.

But what’s on my list for consideration is the Mens Pre-Tied Plain Satin Bow Tie (because i think the James Bond look makes me swoon like a teenage girl) and the silver Tie Cufflinks which will look great with his shirt. Else if i can’t make up my mind, i’ll just grab one of the gifts sets instead.

While i am at it, i found that they also offer wedding collections. There’s a waistcoat that will be perfect for my soon to be brother in law. He’ll look really handsome at the wedding at the end of the year!

Top 3 Men I’ll Do Anything With

I thought this would be fun to do since i am such a lousy blogger with nothing to write about. So i thought i would steal a topic from others. Haha.

Anyways, i read some blog posts over the week, they were writing about the top 3 hottest men (celebrities lar else their partner will go amok and who cares who they are secretly besotted with in real life anyways right?!) that they would love to bonk.

I was like “Yeah i could pick a few names out of my head just like that and i could give you a hell long of a list if you would really like to know!”
