As i walked the aisle of the departmental store, the boyfriend smacked my hands for the umpteenth time. I was having a hard time deciding a gift for a friend’s new born baby so she would be so mesmerized by the smashing present that she’ll graciously bestow upon me the honor of being the child’s godmother. Yeah, i’m so desperate like that.

While trying to spot the perfect gift, i was carelessly scratching my head each time i saw something and my fickle mind goes to work. In the end i gave up and bought an elephant-print baby blanket. Lame, i know but why is it so difficult to find a gift for such a tiny human being?!

Then i got back and mindlessly search for some gift idea on the internet – it’s always good to plan ahead and maybe i’ll find something fantastic for the toddler’s 1st birthday just to make up for the lame blanket.
