I’m Poisoned…

Does traditional Chinese medicine have side effects? I really would like to know… coz i think i’m showing some symptoms.

This is my medicine from Tung Shin Hospital… it’s poison…

Being a woman sux big time… coz we have a weaker body compared to men. It’s bad that we suffer from our monthly menstrual cycle, we also suffer from water retention or bloating among the many other problems. I would know coz each month my body would blow up into 2 sizes larger. No kidding.

Recently for the past few months my bloating doesn’t seem to go away. Grrr… i can’t fit into my normal clothes without looking like i’m pregnant but i weigh the same… i promise i’m not being paranoid. Poor bf have to listen to me whine every single day. Worst is i keep feeling hungry even though i’ve taken my meal on time. And the burping! I can’t stop burping! *agony! I feel lethargic, warm and suffer from insomnia :( I’ve been staying home for most of the time. There is seriously something wrong with my body.

I didn’t go to the doctors because each and every time, those morons never failed to prescribe pills that don’t help at all. So, bf brought me to Tung Shin Hospital to see the traditional Chinese sinseh (doctor). The sinseh is from China…Ok. I have my doubts coz i don’t trust doctors (Western or Chinese). Plus, how the hell do you diagnose my sickness by just touching my wrist or reading my pulse????

Anyhow, the doctor told me that i have a gassy tummy and that my “hei” (qi) is not smooth. So i brought back 10 packets of ready-boiled Chinese medicine.

Day 1: Body felt very warm
Day 2: Body warm and diarrhea
Day 3: Body warm and diarrhea non-stop

Am i having poisoning or is it suppose to work that way? Chinese have a saying “yi duk gong duk” (use poison to fight poison) right? All i know is that i’m so tired now, i can’t even walk. I just hope that i’m not dead by the time the “poison” wins the battle. *:(

Big Foot vs. Big Monkey vs. Dr. Mahathir’s blog

This is the aftermath that i am talking about. Politicians who just won’t go away, politician blog-fest and circus in the Parliament. LOL!

I didn’t get a chance to watch the live telecast of the Parliamentary meeting but dad had a blast. I saw the news instead and laughed my a** off. What’s with the name calling (Bung Mokthar called Karpal Singh a “Big Monkey” while the later return the favor by calling him “Big Foot”… repeatedly!). It’s like watching 5 year olds in a petty squabble. The thought that these bunch are ruling the country… we’ll have to hope for the best.

However, i really don’t get all the fuss going on about blocking the live telecast. Apparently, Ahmad Shabery has the “cheek” to suggest discontinuing the live broadcast. I mean like, if this is what is going on in the Parliament, then we have the right to see it. We voted the way we did because we wanted transparency lar. Don’t blind fold us and tell us the circus had ended just like that. My popcorn is ready. I don’t like to waste.

What do you think? Should it be discontinued?

On another note, every politician have started a blog to redeem themselves. Personally i think it’s all bull coz i think they’ll be feeding us with the same old recycled crap. But hey, even our ex-PM, Tun Dr. Mahathir had just revealed his blog at http://www.chedet.com/ (i found out from 5xmom). The news is all plastered on the papers today. I sense another drama is about to unfold.
