I guess by now every nuffnanger had already received an email from Nuffnang regarding the new Nuffnang Glitterati Club business. It’s something like an exclusive club for nuffnangers with the only condition of not placing any other ads coming from companies in South East Asia except for of course Nuffnangs‘. It’s a marketing gimmick that i’m totally buying into.

I’m really a noob that doesn’t understands how things works and how the profit portion is divided but the logic of “The less ads a blogger has on his blog, the higher share of voice and the less each ad will have to compete with other ads for attention. Hence, the higher the CTR and the higher the value of that particular ad space on the blog” totally makes sense to me. All that and just because no other blog advertising company had been as good as this or without heart-aching problem of expiring domains or unpaid-checks so far. *GrabMeAds also takde news liao… pening! Plus earning 20-40% more than ordinary Nuffnangers makes me feel real good *uhm very orgasm-ic muahahahaha!

So i had removed other SE ads from my blog and hope that Nuffnang crawlers come crawling in faster *wakaka!

Ps// I’d just cash out my first Nuffnang earnings. It’s not much but hey i’m pretty happy! I hope this time there’s nothing wrong… nothing like my Advertlets fraudulent drama thingy whatever…

Downhill

Have you ever felt that your life is going no where? Well… i do… and even worst… going downhill. I’ve always thought that life after college will be a great start of some new great adventure. One that includes wads of your own cash, chic blazer and pumps, fresh faces, a new pad of my own and maybe a secure prince charming to fill in the blanks. A beginning of something independently wonderful.

4 years later… still no mortgage of my own. Money and future next to non existence. Friends comes and go… well more often go. A MayB man. What blazer what pumps?

Mix Fruit

Scratchbox (laptop) broke down on me again. This time the whole HDD crashed. All my memories and photos are gone just like that *poof! What a way to start a new year. I’m currently using a 40G HDD, a spare from someone. Thank god for that coz money pouring out so early of the year is not a good sign at all. Now all i need is to hopefully recover my old files from the idiotic spoilt drive. *please pray for me… my precious photos are in there!

On another note. This year i’ vowed (i don’t think it counts as a resolution) to keep a healthier lifestyle. I’m doing yoga again… well at least i try. This week i’ve done 2 session of yoga… uhm i do it myself at home lar. I went swimming again. I hope i can keep that up to at least go swimming twice a week.

Also i’m having mix fruit juice for lunch everyday. I love the “Smooth Operator” from Juiceworks alot. One, coz the ingredients are suppose to have a cleansing effect on the bowel and two, is coz i hate celery so this is the only way i can get myself to consume some.

I’ve been having this mix for 4 consecutive days now and i’ve got to say i feel much better. Not so constipated and my pimples kinda cleared up a lil’ bit. In case anyone wants to know the ingredients:-

1 orange
1 red apple (big China ones) OR 2 red apples (small New Zealand ones)
1/4 cucumber
1 or 2 celery stick

That’ll nicely make up a glass of healthy mix punch for one person.

It’s yummy i promise… and a good way to get your loved ones to consume some vege. I’m trying brocolli and pineapple next week. Hope it doesn’t taste disgusting.

Politician in the Farm House and Colbie Caillat

Another news on politician scandal. Such a disgrace. Such a shame. Do we want a dirty old man with such bad luck on a new year to be caught on tape, still up there in the farm house? *come on, i think you know better right? Not being caught doesn’t guarantees innocence… Or will we have the heart to forgive and forget.

After all, if it was Clinton vs. Bush, which one will you choose? A man with big sexual appetite or a clown throwing grenade? Man, this is a difficult one hor? *muahaha

I’m kinda addicted to Colbie Caillat right now. Her name is pronounced as “kolbi kalay” not “kolby kalat”, not “kolby kalai”. I know her hit single, ‘Bubbly‘ was out in July 2007 but i only discover her other songs recently. Since then i’m hooked. *that’ll explain my playlist full of her songs.

She’s only 22 of age but she looks much more mature and experience. I love her mellow and smooth voice. Makes me feel nostalgic. I’m surprise to find out that she’s a newbie in the industry with just one album named “Coco” out in stores middle of last year. Well, anyways watch out for this Californian lady.

I’m no music expert or neither could i predict the next hit genre but my guess is this year will be a smashing jazzy blues year with Colbie Caillat, Renne, Josh Stone, John Legend kinda melody. Happy New Year everyone out there! Nothing is better than ushering this new 2008 with photos of cute pups right? *no? you cruel animal you… +_+.

By the way this is the 8th dog/puppy that strayed into my home so it’s kinda auspicious and hopefully it’ll bring luck to everyone coz it is 2008 right? 8+8 equals too $+$. I guess that’s what TeddyMommy was thinking when she finally allowed us to take her in permanently. *wakakakaka so if you want to hit jackpot, touch the screen 8 times :P!

Her name is Mug Mug (Pig Mug in Cantonese that Mug). This idiotic pup doesn’t recognize her name at all even after 1 month. All she knows is eat, play and sleep. Most of the time she’ll show us her haughty almighty face and ignore us when we call *blardy annoying! I think she was a cat in her previous life.

She eats anything at all. Rice, meat, biscuit, orange… grass… sand…twigs… anything. She’s pretty disgusting. Her hobby is to rummage neighbor’s trashcans and bring back rubbish *-_-” Once she brought back a bag full of maggots and twice she brought home dirty diapers… yeah with poop and all. We’re lucky she haven’t brought back any used condoms… yet. I think she does that just to make us clean up after her. I think she’s a psycho dog that enjoys our misery.

Well there’s another stray dog that kinda wander around the neighborhood. She looks really sickly and weak when we first saw her in front of our gate. Nowadays we feed her everyday but we don’t take her in coz 1 dog is too many already. Nevertheless, we named her all the same. Her name is Snow. That’s dog number 9 for you.
