I hate going to the doctors or even dentist. Actually it’s not hate. It’s kind of like a mistrust… or maybe fear. I do not want find out something about my body that i would rather not know.
Blood and gore
Just look at the condition of my wisdom tooth. It’s gruesome. It’s been hurting on and off for a year or so. But hey, i thought i could lived with it so as long as i don’t have to go to the dentist… that’s until my gums began to swell up and the rotten tooth was sending electric shot of a pain as a SOS signal.

I have Iatrophobia - fear of going to the doctor or of the doctors.
You see, whenever i visit the doctors, they will ask me what my problem is. I have a weak body since i was a child, so sometimes i just feel sick but can’t pin point where i am sick. So each time i will end up telling grandmother stories to the doctor for hours with the same result… which is him not understanding wtf i’m talking about and prescribing antibiotics plus paracetamol for whatever sickness i have. Then, i will go home take the pills and end up feeling no better than before i went to see the doctor. Same thing happens if i have tummy discomfort and skin allergies.
Second reason is because i am dead terrified of getting diagnosed. I don’t want to see the doc for fever but end up finding out i have some other fatal diseases…. For example, my rotten wisdom tooth might have injured a vein or two which is connected to my right cheek which eventually might paralyze it and the cheek will in turn infect the veins connected to my right eye which might result me looking like Sylvester Stallone. But hey, isn’t my eye connected to my brain somehow? What if it send signal to my brains causing spasm and fatal brain malfunction? What if it results in epilepsy? What if what if what if????

Now, my gums are bleeding. *not the place where i had my tooth extracted but everywhere else. Maybe it’ll just go away after a week or 2…
Uh… eww… I haven’t had my lunch yet. >.<
Btw, bleeding gums might be a sign of gum disease. Better check it before it’s too late. I’ve heard of people losing all their teeth when they’re merely 30+ due to gum disease. Scary stuff, it is.
ps: I hate dentists too.

OMG..tat hurts. You know I have phobia of going to the dentist ? I rather do rootcanal instead of extracting my tooth..until I have no choice have to extract one of my big tooth recently bcoz it cracked beyond repair ???
